After seeing the topic of creating a bug report, I found that the specified path is not the desired file (C: \ Users \ <username> \. Minions). I have a path to the .exe file like that -
C:\Users\Антон\AppData\Local\Minion
Win 7x32
than i reinstall to the enother folder like that - C:\Minion and it launch currectly
