Unhappy Minion Won't Start - Windows 10

Hi,
Firstly, thanks for the tool. Its quite awesome.
However, over the last few weeks it seems to have stopped working for me
When I run Minion, it will show up in my process/program list but no UI or error message is shown.
Just to try, I unplugged my network cable and got the GUI to come up with the wrror message that it couldnt connect to the servers but when i am connected it shows nothing.
I use Windows 10 and Kasperksy AV, but that was the case even when it used to work.
I have tried reinstalling, uninstalling both minion and Java both in default locations as well as custom, even created an exclusion for minion in my AV.
Now I'm at a loss...
I'll attach the log files and the XML below.
Thanks in advance for the help
Cheers,
S.

Looking at your log Minion is having trouble connecting to the internet.

Code:
 Ping Status for http://api.mmoui.com/: 403
 Ping Status for http://cdn.mmoui.com/: 403
Can you check your firewall / anti-virus log to see if its blocking Minion? Are you using a VPN or proxy connection?

I did and it doesn't seem that anything is blocking it!
I also do not use a VPN or Proxy.

Update - So I ran a tracert from my system and it seems there is a problem on my side, I can't seem to connect to your api or cdn servers. However, quick workaround was using a VPN I could actually get through. So is all good for now

Thanks for the help Dolby!

Cheers,
S
