Don't have Add-ons settings ingame

Hi,

my problem is simple, i have downloaded, unzip and put the folder on the AddOns folder of ESO and it is checked when i'm ingame.

But when i press echap and go to settings i have nothing besides the regular menu.

I've searched on the forum but didn't see any similar subject so i'm asking for your help ^^
