[Request] english location names

hi mates,

im looking for a addon which shows the english names of locations on my map when i scroll over them next to the names of my language.
Im german and play with a german client and mostly when i interact with other players in chat like somebody needs help for a location then the trouble begins, i mean of course there are locations which can be translated 1:1 but there are others which cant. And i dont want to change my client completely to english and im sure im not the only one with that problem ^^

So a addon that shows the location name in the clients language and then with a diagonal slash / the english name of the location.
is there something like this or can anyone build one?
