Lorebooks Addon Bug

I've downloaded the most recent version of the Lorebooks addon a few days ago.
Yesterday it was working fine and dandy, but today it suddenly showed all Lorebooks in the Morrowind Area as Collected, even though I have gotten only 10 so far.

Edit: It seems as though the addon reads all the Book locations as books I already have (aka there will be several locations having the same lorebook, according to the map)

I tried a clean re-install of the addon (removing all files associated with it) but it doesn't fix the issue. Any help would be appreciated.
