hey guys i have a quick question for someone that is smarter than me! i just updated my ESO and found i have all my add ons out of date, so im asking if someone knows how i update them all at once please mail me so i can make sense of this issue im having

The easiest way is updating addons using Minion - http://minion.mmoui.com/

Minion is the best tool (imo) to update existing addons. But you should have a look at the addon's webpage/comments/change log and figure out if they are all still working.
If you got a lot of addons you should probably just get rid of all and just install the ones that you really need, instead of updating all and hunting bugs
