Please help me find out which addon is causing this.

For weeks now I have been having this problem where the quest journal text is missing and it takes longer and longer to open. This is especially bad when in large groups. It starts taking 20-30 seconds just to open and close the quest journal. I've tried disabling most of the usual suspects; anything that has to do with quests, memory intensive addons like Master Merchant, anything that modified the game text like Pawksicles or Colourful ESO, all out-of-date addons. I'm totally stumped and no one else seems to experience this. Any help is appreciated. Here is an example:
