Armored Core V / Verdict Day Style HUD

Hello, this is Greoz and I would like to present you my HUD heavily based from 5th Generation Armored Core™ game.





As per the images shows here, I would like the resource bar and the weapon enchantment bar to be aligned in a circular one, I have already placed the resource numbers I have on the first image on the black parts of said HUD so the current amount of resources I have can be easily seen near where I look something. Also the HUD should be a bit of in overlay mode or a bit of transparency too.

I know this request is quite a challenge, but I would like to see this addon created and in action on my own screen.
