libaddonmenu out of date ??

Hello

so i used different addons, and each of them have the last version of Libaddonmenu 25,

though each time i log on eso, the game show me the Libaddonmenu as an separate addon (even if i dont have it in the folder Addons directly but only in each separate addons) and show it as out of date addon

Same with a lib called Libloaded which shows as out of date addon

What is the problem ? Do i need to install the lib directly in the addon folder now ? as well as the other library ?

I deleted 3 times now my addons folder, dowloaded everything 3 times and checked that the library in each addon is up to date

I am lost now
