I'm searching for a simple add-on that just helps me to track simply "countdown of my only all skills (buff/dot/aoe)" with bars on screen... (not buffs).

This image is from LUI Extended add-on page but I can't find that option on mod itself, also I don't want to use LUI because I have other part by part addons what LUI does. So, I don't want a huge addon to overlap my other addons.
Is there a mod like that to track my skills on screen? I have Action Duration Reminder but it only reminds me when my skill is about end. I want to track all of my active "skills" like in screen. ADR also has a "shift bar" option which is kinda what I want but it only shows backbar skills.
