Addon to make all addon settings the same across characters.

Okay I have been searching for an addon that would make all the addons settings the same across all characters. Or even chose which addons should be the same across all characters.

I have been looking for about an hour and all I can find is Deome's Settings Profiles

Which as far as I can tell is just for game settings and not addons. Is what I am looking for even possible?

Edit: Okay I found Addon Profiles
But it is outdated and it looks like the author no longer plays. But this is what I am looking for I think.

Looks like it may have gotten updated (haven't checked to see if its the full deal or just a patch from the one linked above)
