[Request] Use Scroll Wheel And MMB To Select Abilities

As the long title states, I would like an addon that enabled the use of the mouse wheel to scroll through the abilities in the hotbar (similarly to Minecraft) and use the middle mouse button to select it. This would certainly make it easier to cast spells while moving. Just a thought. Thanks for any help that can be provided.
