Notepad type addon?

You guys sick of me yet? lol

Anyway I was wondering is it possible to create a notepad type addon that would allow you to write notes out and save them? And make all the notes accessible across all characters on an account?

Kind of a dumb request but it would be super helpful to me because I have memory issues. lol
