An add on that tracks all users current crafting levels/motifs and online status which allows a player to requisition a crafted item or set of items and help track the progress of such basically letting players get more easily in touch with each other for crafting requests.

Addons are not able to get other users infos without using external tools to update local files at each user's pcs (exe files etc.)
So this is not possible or only possible by sending mails and manual work on each users site.

Or use the guild note of each user, which is of a restricted length and already used for dozens of addons.
