CC indicator (ICON)

Hello I would really love to see an addon that pops up an icon such as a big red exclamation mark or something of that sort that would be resizeable and movable.

The current thing that im using in cloud combat doesn't really stick out to me that much and I think that an individual icon for this would be perfect.

One fore hard and soft cc referably. Maybe red for hard and green for soft. Just suggestions. Thanks
