Help with Minion/Addons

after a long time (before any dlc) i logeed into teso again.

so checked my addons in the charackter menu
so all addons were red cause they are outdated.

i deleted all addons out of the eso folders (documents/eso) and installed just one now to test it again.
for minion its installed but i cant see it ingame.
can someone help, by the way i had addons in "liveeu , live and livearchive folder"

in wich folder they need to be installed? (:
