Request; Toggle partial-actionbar, Target frame healtbar.

Hello,

The requests are as follows;

- A toggle to hide the visibility of all actionbar slots except ultimate and quickitem.
I know what skills i have slotted, so its just clutter on my screen. A toggle is needed though, for whenever adding/removing skills.
- Remove healthbar from target frame, but keep name of target, with a small range counter.

As a sidenote, is it possible to add magicka and stamina bars to the player's overhead health bar?
