[Request/search] Guild mates online (similar to the friends online display)

Hi!

I am searching for an addon that displays the number of guild mates being online. I'd like a display similar to the the friends online display that's above the chat window. It should show which guild is actually active, how many members are currently online and per "click" direct me to the member list. Great would be an option to show up to all guilds in that display.
Does something like that allready exist? Is anyone able and feels like developing this one? ^^
