Request: Add-on to add item enchant level/quality to tooltip.

It would be great if a the enchant level/quality could be added to the tooltip for items. The API may not make this information readily available but I was wondering if it could be deduced using the item level, enchant values, and maybe a table? This would make it much easier to gauge the usefulness or value of an item when viewing it. Thank you!

It's going to be difficult, if not impossible. I once made a topic on official forums asking why I got 2 identical items in a single end-of-campaign-reward mail with different enchantment strength. Back then if you got a green item and improved it to purple, its enchantment got a little stronger, but not as strong as if you bought the purple item from vendor.

Now add battle levelling into the mix. And also weapon enchantments are affected by stats (weapon/spell damage? I'm not sure).
