[Request] Health/Mana/Stamina bars and shortcut buttons from consoles

Hi. Zenimax added gamepad support lately and with it a new UI known from consoles. The thing is that I like the console look of health, mana and stamina bars and the shortcut buttons. They look much prettier than the PC version.
Here is comparison of the console and PC version.

I would totally love to use that console attribute bars but with all the PC UI like inventory. Is someone able to do addon for this? Thanks!

Need Compas, quest and party ui too =)
