[outdated] Drop local of CATEGORY_LAYOUT_INFO from MainMenu

Hello ZOS,

Could you please drop local from CATEGORY_LAYOUT_INFO of MainMenu.lua?
Or replace the var name by MAIN_MENU.categoryInfo in the functions in this file?..

We need to hack your whole functions and replace CATEGORY_LAYOUT_INFO by MAIN_MENU.categoryInfo in order to add something here.
I've wrote a library to hack your system but it's only very little modifications not really dangerous.

It's not too difficult to do it the way we have to now, but this would be much easier.
