Updates not sticking? [Eero?]

I keep having the same add-ons showing as needing to update. I click update and it looks like it worked, but the next time I check minion its back saying update again. I have no idea if the updates are happening or if minion is just not applying them.

Hi, did you check the sticky thread "Troubleshooting" already?
You will find plenty of entries there like use minion 32bit even on your 54bit Operating system, add minion to your whitelist of antivirus and anti malware, and so on.

-> If the updates ar enot done something blocks access to your addons folder!
So whitelist Minion.exe and your users/.../elder scrolls online/live/ folder for Minion and eso64.exe (the game executable) so they can read and write the files properly.

As many users got "Eero" routers which recently blocked the website cdn.esoui.com:
Please check if you also got that router type and use the eero app or website to allow the website again.
