Minion wont install! (error occurred)

I don't know what my stupidity did but i am getting an error message saying " an error occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination directory: movefile failed; code 5.
access is denied.
c:\users\owner\appdata\local\minion\minion.exe

I dont know what i did or what to do to fix it but it wont install nothing cant get past setup screen.
