Best way to obtain all relevant abilityIds for a give ability name.

Another quick question.

What is the best way to find all abilityIds for, let's say 'Dark Cloak'?

The inverse process is straightforward GetAbilityName(abilityId), but as far as i understand different ranks of the ability have different abilityIds. Different effects of a single ability might have the same name, but different abilityIds.

So if i want to find just the abilityIds for all the ranks of a given ability, but exclude irrelevant Ids (the ones that correspond to some secondary, and sometimes purely technical, effects), what should i do?
