Language support on the Wiki

There's some discussion I initiated on the main page of the Wiki, which is pasted here for ease of reading and further discussion.

The work to add French pages is great, but looking forwards, if we had the same for German, Spanish, Dutch etc etc then every time you search for a function/event you'd get all the different pages in each language.
Using the mediawiki localisation looks like it would be a much smoother implementation of support for languages other than English.

So we'll have to either cook something up ourselves or bother an admin about it. -- [[User:Ruimuuv|Ruimuuv]] 17:09, 17 April 2014 (CDT)
