Deposit/Withdraw X?

Is there an add-on that would let us move less than the whole stack of items to or from the bank/containers without having to split the stack first?

Not that I know of. But there are addons which remember the stack's split size you have chosen the last time so you only need to split the stack and press the keybind to acknowledge it.
Not sure which one it was or if it only worked on the craftbag though... Maybe it was only at the craftbag, called "Craft bag Extended".
