Dark Brotherhood

Are there or can someone make a little add on to change the hand above dark brotherhood contract killing npcs heads. Just something to resize them would be great, I am slightly vision disabled/impaired thusly its difficult for me to see small hand outline.

Also have a problem with wayshrines on map, the ones where there is lots of snow so its white on white background basically.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
