[outdated] chat during loading screen

With the extremely long loading screens we currently see, it would be really nice to be able to keep chatting with other players while we wait.
Even once the problems are fixed and they are back to normal, there will probably still be the occasional longer/infinite loading screens happening and it would be nice to be able to tell group members that I have to relog in that case.
