Username Problem help please

For some reason my username is my email. Is there any way to change it i don't know why this happened probably it asked me about my username and added my email instead. Please can someone change it i don't want my email to be seen by anyone. If anyone that has the ability to change usernames reads this, I want it to change to Bloodman or Bloodman224 thanks
