Addon that will display health bars when opening character or inventory

Hello

Im looking for addon that will:

Display my hp bars even if i open my inventory or character menu

OR

Addon that will display my physical resistance while i fight

FTC cant do it. Harven's Attribute Bars cant do it either (even if they are supposed to have "show always" option).
