Looking for an addon that was removed

I found the following addon in the search:



A nice simple addition to the stolen item tooltip displaying how many of that item is already in your bank. Unfortunately the author's account is gone and all their mods with it. Does anyone still have a copy of this? Or perhaps someone knows how to recreate it?
