I have this error popping, but i can not find from what i can be triggered.

Any idea ?

I think you can only find this out by disabling the last updated addons, or all addons one-by-one + doing a /reloadui ingame, to see which addon is causing it.

The name is a dynamically "anonymous" one.
Maybe check the folder "Logs" in your "live" folder too and open the filename "interface.log" with a text editor.
Int here you're able to find the same error message text and maybe "around it" (some line above or below) an addon name related to it.

Without more information there is not much I can say.
Which addons do you have installed?
Are your addons up-to-date?
Is it reproduceable or does it only happen once in a while at random?
What do you do before the error appears?

Thanks all, found the problem, Dressing room. What is strange is i am using this addon since very long and suddenly it all went wrong.

I will try to find a similar addon but so far did not found any that swap gear and weapon at same time.

The later one will enbale keybindings for "profiles" where you are able to specify the emotes, the gear and the weapons, + the skills to equip.

I saw those too, but i checked for all the comments, and they were the one with more problems than Dressing LOL


Wykkyd is still waiting for some update if you check the comments, and my sorcerer would encounter problems with it as some skills do not load.
Wykkyd Macros is old also from april 2016 with no answer from the authors in the comments sections.

Pimp my ride is only for outfit cosmetics stuff. I use it and there is no swapping skills and weapons with it.

Beleive me i really try to get each time the *less* outdated addon and i always check the comment sections. If the comments are not followed by the addon author then i guess its a basically abandonned one too.

Dressing had a little update in October 2016 ..

So what i did, not sur its good but at least i try, i replaced all the old libs by the new and most recent ones.
So far, its working fine and no error log interface are showing in game folder like yesterday.

But anyway thank you for trying to help me as always

I'm not sure what problems you all got with Wzkkyd's but for me it is working fine.
Especially the macros do what they should do.

The game's API is restricted so you need to change the weapon bars in order to get all skills switched properly and you need to save each skill bar as it is active, and not only once (saving at skill bar 1 only will save bar 1 and not 2. you need to switch to bar 2 and save again with the same preset name!).

some years ago my mind would have probably go easy with the macros thingie, but as of now its like my mind decided to be on strike. I am not good a macros stuff at all, got me almost 2 years to understand how to make my g105 kb work, and still i use it very basic (( Ah when youth go away ... i feel 17 playing the game but not for everything lol

Wykkyd's macros is not a normal macro editor.
You just setup one keybind for macro1, one for macro2, etc.
I've used insert, pos1, page up, delete, end and page down keys for macros 1 to 6.

Then you'll simply start the macro editor and choose for each macro (1 to 6 in my example):
1. which emotes to use
2. which clothes
3. which skills

I'm not using 1. (emotes) so I'm not sure how to set this up.
In order to choose 2. and 3. you need to open the
2. character screen (press c) and create a new set with the "+" icon in the wykkyd's outfitter movable frame.
Use the mouse wheel to choose the new created
Equip your stuff you want to assign to this set.
Press the "save" button in the wykkyd frame.

3. do the same as with the character stuff in the skills window (press key k).
You need to set your skills for each of the 2 possible weapon sets! So just save skills for bar1, than switch to bar 2 and save again with the same set name.
