[REQUEST] A streamlined Action bar.

Can someone create an action/skill bar that pulls the Ultimate skill over
to have the same spacing as the rest of the skills, with a second bar
underneath it for Quickslots?

Instead of:

Quickslot.....Switch Icon..Skill 1..Skill 2..Skill 3..Skill 4..Skill 5........Ultimate

Have it be like:

Skill 1..Skill 2..Skill 3..Skill 4..Skill 5..Ultimate
Quickslot 1..Quickslot 2...etc.

It's free movable so you can place it below the action bar. You're able to see your quickslots AND access it via a keybind directly (you still need to press the "Use quicksot" key afterwards! The first key is only for the direct selection of a quickslot).
It's even possible to hide the standard quickslot.
