ESOUI bug/error !HELP!

Hey guys o/ sup

I have a problem,some time ago [ before the patch ] I was using 3 addons [ skyshard/tactical/minimap ],after the patch,I take they of,BUT,something is wrong,because now,I dont have quest markers at all on the map and there is a weird msg.

This appears when I try to use the journal.

all read did,they don't help,they just say to 'repair'/'reloadui' and nothing works.
