Cant Find ESO folders.

So i havnt played eso in about a year, me n my homie gettin back into it. So i finished installing and updating and was on character select, checkin out if my mods were still there, and i did have them there but of course were outdated. I decided to get the mods i needed while dude still at work, and i wait for him. However i dont remember how i installed the addons last time, ive downloaded the .zips of the mods i want, but installing them is the hard part. I have the game through steam, and the path everyone says to locate the eso folders C:>user>scooz>documents>elder scrolls online, i dont have eso folders in documents, or anywhere in my users path, the only place i have eso folders is steam>Steamapps>common>Zenimax online> and here i have eso folders, but i dont have a live folder anywhere nor do i know where i would need the addons folder. I have tried using minion but it cant locate the folders and then expects me to

Try searching your \user\scooz folder for Addons. See what turns up.

-Search for the files AddOnSettings.txt or UserSettings.txt.
-> The folder AddOns where ESO is looking at should be in the same directory.

Check the OneDrive folder if you are using it - Check this forum here fpr OneDrive to get more infos.
