Date display in listings

Hi,

I know we're supposed to adopt the US conventions regarding date and time.

BUT, is there any way to customise the date and time in listings, especially updated add ons.

To a non-US readers the Month, Day, Year jars enough but the 05:24 PM just hurts. Sure, I can read the lists but it's counterintuitive.

I have looked for a way to customise but can't find any.

A niggle but...
