Cardinal Compass Reticle

I would like an add-on that displays rotating N/E/S/W cardinal directions around the main reticle in center of screen to indicate exactly which direction my reticle is pointed.

An option to have NE/SE/SW/NW displayed as well would be a cherry on top.
