Auto Hide Chat Window

Wondering if it's possible to automatically hide the chat when say having your skills window open. I have a few addons (Roomba and Dressing Room specifically) where the chat window covers the windows/buttons created by the addons. I haven't found the option to set the layer of the addons, which I could have swore a lot of addons in the past had this option in their settings. I just find it annoying to have to manually hide the chat window.

pChat hide chat when entering in menus with an option.
And for Roomba, there is an option to move the keybind to the center or to the right side of the screen.
