it works with compatibility tool, yes. i just... I simply got used to operate by all my addons from minion
but i cant do it with " Discontinued & Outdated" addons

You should write the author a pm then.
If he/she isn't playing anymore and will not add other authors to take over the addon it cannot be "officially" updated.
We could just make a new copy and release it as new addon, or patch for this one.

But you can do this even on your own :-)
Just update the .TXT manifest file and update Api Version to

Afterwards zip the complete folder of this addon and upload it as a new addon (as patches are not enabled for this addon as it seems):

Just want to point out that this does not necessarily apply for all addons on ESOUI. You need to check the license to make sure you can rerelease it (with or without modifications). This one uses a BSD 2-clause license, so it's fine.

Seems to use the old libAddonMenu 1.0 version that did not work anymore after 1.5 patches.
I think garkin got a fixed libAddonMenu1.0 version in his dropbox? Or wait it was in the addon's comments, here:
