ZOS bug? textures gone

sometimes you can meet this bug

i think its when you launch the game
and at the character selection screen you realized your AddOns фтв SavedVariables folder is empty and you copying them from backup
and then you press Play

and if you loggin in on the hero different textures from different addons will be missed
like on the screenshots:
pChat
YssEquipment indicator
Lui extended

the ONLY way to fix this - completely RE-LAUNCH the game

This doesn't seem to be a "bug" but false handling, as the ressources (textures) get cached before the game launches/during launch of the game.
How often does it happen that your SavedVars are empty before you start to play?

Just fix everything locally before you start the game and the textures will be there corretcly, won't they?
