Eso Api?

Does such a thing exist? I'm looking to develop a website for my guild and I'd like to export the guild information and member list - does something like this exist? I'd like to have the stats updated automatically, but I guess if I have to do a manually pull and update, that would be fine as well.

There is no API to communicate with db, web, other languages. I've did a small adon to dump guild, but it's a way unfinished.
