[Request] Tank Tools

Hi,

Would really love an addon which allows me to move the indicators/warnings saying things like "block" etc. to another location on the screen.
Would be even better if i could modify the font size/color so it stands out more.

Why?
As a tank i'm looking around a lot and sometime miss the notifications at the bottom of the screen.

So a big "BLOCK NOW" in the center would be awesome.

To my knowledge there is no addon that currently make that possible.
