The bar is stuck on top of the target reticle. It will not move to the top of the screen. None of the add-on settings will resolve this. All the bar's functions work but its placement is glitched. Having it in the middle of the screen makes it unusable. Not sure if this is just an OS X glitch since I do not have a Windows PC.
