Got an error popup when I hover over an item in either my inventory or in the guild store and hold down ctrl-shift. I checked my settings and I have ctrl-shift mapped to "None". It still seems to show tooltip info for which ever key I press first (shift or ctrl), but I get the UI error when I press the second button.
