I use Gamepad mode mostly and have noticed that when I go to a merchant and get the prompt to sell my junk, pressing 'A' on the controller does not work. I instead have to move the mouse cursor over the 'A' icon in the bottom left corner and click it for it to do it. The 'B' option to cancel works however.
This has been going on for several months now but only just got around to reporting it.
