When there are many settings or even many subpanels, it is sometimes hard to find a specific setting. A search function, which searches in the labels of the settings (and maybe even the tooltips) would be useful in such cases.
I can think of two possibilities of displaying the results:- use another background color for settings fitting the search
- only show the settings that fit the search
In either case, if a setting is in a collapsed subpanel, the subpanel should be expanded. |
