General
Updated the Daily Rewards screen to better indicate when the month is going to reset before you’ll be able to obtain an item at the end of it.
Adjusted the order of how Dungeon DLC and Zone DLC game packs appear in the Stories category of the Collections menu. It will now display the most recent additions first.
Updated the icon used to indicate something cannot be sold to a vendor.
Added the ability to rename Outfits in the Collections menu.
Stacks of books found in the world will now have more consistent tooltips.
Addons
The addon list will now display addon dependencies when they are not installed.
Fixed an issue that caused the Addon Script Profiler to sometimes treat functions from different files, but on the same line number, as if they were the same function.
Fixed issue that allowed addons to set your current quickslot to things that cannot be quickslotted.
Alliance War
Siege items in your inventory will now display their current health rather than just their total health.
Crown Store & Crown Crates
Gifts will now properly show stack counts.
Fixed an issue where opening the Crown Store and performing a search would not work correctly if you hadn't opened the Crown Store before.
Fixed an issue where performing searches rapidly in the Crown Store could kick you to the login screen.
Gamepad Mode
Fixed an issue where the text could overlap in the Jewelry Crafting Improvement screen.
Fixed an issue where you couldn’t scroll through tooltips in the Daily Rewards screen.
Fixed issue where Jewelry Crafting surveys thought they were lorebooks. Spoiler: They aren't.
Fixed an issue where the Aurbis map could be zoomed in, and defaulted to being zoomed in.
Gameplay
Updated the icons for the Battle Spirit and Looking For Group buffs.
Added a new icon that displays when you have the Battleground Deserter Penalty.
Fixed an issue where you could get stuck in a non-functional respec menu after entering a loading screen while actively respecing your skills.
Fixed an issue with Shield Wall morphs where their durations could have conflicting numbers in their tooltip.
Adjusted the layout of comparison tooltips for rings and weapons so that both equipped tooltips fit on the screen in all situations.
Fixed an issue where previewing an item would toggle the run/walk setting if you were toggled to walk.
Fixed an issue where the Death Recap hint about losing armor durability on death was displaying in PvP zones and Battlegrounds. Armor
doesn’t degrade when incurring a PvP death.
Guilds & Guild Features
Fixed an issue where depositing or withdrawing several different types of items in rapid succession from a Guild Bank might cause the error "No Permission: Item No Longer Exists" to display.
Fixed an issue where listings at a Guild Trader with identical prices could display on multiple pages, or none at all.
Fixed an issue if a Guild Trader changed ownership while you were looking at it, the guild name on the unit frame would not update.
Help & Tutorials
Fixed an issue where the ESO Plus furniture capacity tutorial would show even if you weren't an ESO Plus member.
Fixed an issue where text in tooltips for Daily Rewards could shift up and down quickly.
Housing
Fixed an issue that prevented certain furnishing subcategories from displaying in alphabetical order.
Fixed an issue where Houses were listing their Gold purchase requirements in the Crown Store.
Fixed an issue where previewing furniture from a Clockwork Blacksmithing Station could cause unexpected visuals.
Quests
Fixed an issue where quickly completing quest objectives would potentially cause them to not display in the correct order in the center screen announcements.
Fixed an issue where quest area pins could disappear after relogging.
Fixed an issue where the quest share message would continue to display even if you picked the quest up on your own.

UI Changes
General
Added mount previewing to the stable master. They will display in a similar way to previewing furniture at a vendor.
Fixed an issue where the bounty meter would appear briefly the first time you opened a UI window.
Consumables will now properly display their effects in the Announcements window.
Fixed an issue where books would not display properly at some resolutions.
Fixed an issue where you could attempt to interact with objects that are in the process of being destroyed and disappearing (mainly harvest nodes right after you harvest them).
Additional items that can be sold to a vendor will now sort to the top of the Sell tab within a Vendor.
Fixed an issue where the player-to-player radial menu could have duplicated icons in it.
Adjusted the alignment of the Equipment Bonus label to prevent text overlaps.
Fixed an issue in the German game client where Location tooltips would wrap awkwardly instead of resizing.
Alliance War
The Alliance War menu will no longer be displayed to characters below level 10.
Chat
When whispering a character name, pressing Enter after the name will now put you in a whisper channel with that character, similar to how typing /zone and pressing Enter puts you in the Zone channel.
Crown Store & Crown Crates
Fixed a crash that would occur when pasting a large amount of text in one of the available text fields when sending or receiving gifts.
You will now receive a notification when the countdown for unlocking Gifting has started on your account.
Fixed an issue where the Crown Crate UI could appear broken if left up during a teleport.
Fixed an issue where the mouse-over state wouldn't update appropriately in the Crown Store.
Fixed an issue where the “Purchased” label on market products was not positioned correctly.
Daily Rewards
Fixed an issue where a timer would display on the next Daily Reward tooltip even though the month would end first.
Dungeons
Elden Hollow II: Bogdan the Nightflame's nameplate will now appear in a more appropriate position.
Fixed an issue where the dungeon difficulty would sometimes not display on the map.
Fixed an issue where the boss health bar could interfere with compass quest pins after a boss is defeated.
Gamepad Mode
Added the option to change the color of chat channels, including guild channels, for text chat.
Added the ability to immediately jump up or down a level on the map.
Fixed an issue where guild notes would not immediately update after being saved.
Fixed an issue where players with the Master Gatherer Champion passive would still get a second vibration when harvesting wood or metals
Fixed an issue where the actions list wouldn't update correctly after locking an item in the bank
Fixed an issue in the Character UI where the attributes panel could fail to display correctly.
Fixed an issue where the Keep claim dialog would not initially show the alliance of the selected guild.
Fixed an issue where toggling the Gamepad UI with the map active could result in incorrect UI elements appearing.
The Help menu now correctly shows the location of Bait in your inventory.
Gameplay
When attempting to mount while in combat, an alert will now display stating "You cannot mount while in combat."
Navigating to the Werewolf skill line will now display the Werewolf bar, even while not in Werewolf form, to make it easier to rearrange your Werewolf abilities.
Within the Skills menu, you can now edit both skill bars while your character is dead, or if you don’t have a weapon equipped in each bar.
Fixed an issue where group members would display on an instance map while in their own version of the instance (mostly noticed in Houses).
Added an error message when trying to weapon swap as a Werewolf or with Overload active.
Guilds
Fixed an issue where guild member locations would not update when actively looking at the guild roster.
Help & Tooltips
A tooltip will now display for currencies when looting them.
Fixed an issue where tooltips for improving equipped items mistakenly showed the average of your current character's stats instead of the stats of that item.
Tooltips for containers that contain item sets will now show stats that correspond to the item's level, rather than always showing level 1 stats.
Fixed an issue where incorrect requirements for entering Imperial City would display on the map tooltip.
Race names on Collectible tooltips will now display in a consistent order.
Added a new "Events" section in the Help and Tutorials menu to provide information on various holidays and celebrations.
Housing
Fixed an issue in houses where you'd incorrectly receive the "Your permissions for this house have changed" alert when other players entered the house.
Fixed an issue where, if you spun a mount or non-combat pet in preview while placing it in a house, you would be unable to see other non-combat pets or mounts.
Fixed an issue where, if you were in werewolf form, you could get an “End Preview” button when selecting furnishings in the Housing Editor, even when not eligible to preview furnishings.
Quests
After completing a quest, the quest tracker will now try to track another quest in the same Quest Journal category as the previous quest.
Fixed an issue where quest rewards with large quantities would display awkwardly at certain resolutions.
Associated quest pins will now appear properly on the exit of Dyzera's Realm.
A Hostile Situation: The Merchant Chest will now properly display a quest marker above it when you are required to loot the disguise from it.
Objections and Obstacles: Eoki will no longer keep a quest bestowal pin over his head after you accept this quest.
Rise of the Dead: King Fahara'jad will no longer be missing a pin over his head when on the step to talk to him, though it will only appear after the Ash'abah completes her proclamation (which is when he becomes interactable).

In addition to an entirely new zone to explore, we’ve added the Psijic Order skill line. Should you join the order, you'll gain access to five Active Abilities, five Passive Abilities, and a powerful Ultimate. Also available is the highly anticipated Jewelry Crafting system that will now allow you to craft, upgrade, research, and transmute Rings and Necklaces. With the addition of Jewelry Crafting, there are 9 Traits that can be applied to jewelry – 6 of which are all new! These Traits can be discovered and researched by acquiring jewelry found in various activities throughout the game. We can’t wait for you to try it out!
For a challenging group experience, you can gather your strongest allies to take on our newest 12-player Trial, Cloudrest, to face the Welkynar and their powerful gryphon companions. Similar to previous Trials, Cloudrest includes a Normal and Veteran version (the latter geared toward our more experienced players looking for a tougher challenge) for a chance to obtain unique item sets and rewards.
The base game brings a number of changes and improvements, too. First, you’ll find Battlegrounds are now available for all ESO players! We’ve also added a number of new Motifs, collectibles, and achievements, and have implemented a new Gifting system so you can send Crown Store items directly to your friends! And as always, you’ll find a number of bug fixes and improvements to existing systems and the game overall. Due to the high number of gameplay changes in this update, we're temporarily reducing the respec cost to one gold until next week’s patch.
General UI
Treasure types and Furniture behaviors are now listed alphabetically in the UI.
The resurrect icon no longer fades in and out.
DLC achievements are now in their own categories with subcategories, making them easier to look through.
Items with a category in the Collections menu will now be separated by Collected and Not Collected groupings.
Fixed an issue where the chat box could become unresponsive after hiding and unhiding the UI.
Fixed an issue where you could be kicked out of a Vendor UI while interacting with it.
Addons
Fixed an issue where calling the Lua API function SetFloatingMarkerInfo could cause your game to crash.
Fixed an issue where your game could crash when scrolling through the addon list quickly.
Alliance War
Fixed an issue where the icons for the Perfect and Praetorian ranks were swapped in the Alliance War UI.
The group leader is now the only one who can leave a group queue for Cyrodiil.
Collectibles
Renamed the “Facial Accessories” category to “Major Adornments”, and the “Jewelry” category to “Minor Adornments” to better reflect the variety of options found in these categories.
Crafting
Item Improvement will now keep the item slotted and default to a 100% improvement chance to help prevent accidental improvements that could result in the item being destroyed.
Attempting to craft a non-set item at an Item Craft Station will now display a confirmation dialog before finalizing the craft.
Clarified the error message that displays when attempting to use a dye stamp on a costume that cannot be dyed.
Fixed an issue where improving Bind on Equip items mistakenly showed the result as Bound.
Fix an issue where vendor items would not display if their trait was researchable.
Crown Store
Fixed an issue where items could be improperly sorted in the Gem Extraction menu.
The new indicator on Crown Store categories will now be removed if new collectibles within the category are purchased.
Fix an issue where you could get kicked to the log in screen when performing multiple searches in the Crown Store.
Gamepad Mode
Added a new Screenshot Mode as an option found in Video Settings.
When used, UI elements will fade out, and pressing any button (other than movement and jump) will display the option to Exit Screenshot mode.
Swapped the order of tabs in the Set Crafting stations; the Set will now be the first option.
Fixed an issue where the tooltips in the Champion UI could have extra blank space at the top.
Selecting "Convert to Imperial/Morag Tong style" will now display a message that the functionality has been moved to the Outfit Station.
Fixed an issue where the store buyback screen failed to categorize properly.
Fixed an issue where grammar tags would display in the Outfit selector header.
Fixed issue with potential morph tooltips being formatted incorrectly.
Fixed an issue in the Achievements menu where you could navigate to UI elements not visibly present on the screen.
Fixed a UI error that could occur when opening the guild heraldry window.
Collectibles within containers will now properly display a tooltip.
Fixed an issue where the Guild Bid UI wouldn't display the name of the trader or the time until bidding closed in the footer.
Gameplay
Fixed an issue where ability icons on the ability bar could flicker when your resources were close to the cost.
Added an error alert when you try to mount while in werewolf form.
Help & Tutorials
Made a number of minor improvements and corrected a number of small typos in the in-game Help Menu.
Corrected the Damage Shield image in the Help Menu.
Added approximately 30 new informative Loading Tips, covering aspects of the game like item sets, DLC-based skill lines, and other useful information.
Housing
When copying permissions between owned houses, the list of houses is now alphabetized.
Fixed an issue where previewing furniture from a vendor would force dismount you and kick you out of the UI window.
Maps
The Daggerfall Outlaws Refuge now has a map pin for Zulgozu, the guild trader.
Quests
New quests will now be automatically tracked as they are picked up.
