I could not reproduce the issue with announces being displayed though they are turned off. If you still encounter this behaviour, please let me know and provide info, whether you turned announces off in general or for a particular guild only. Thanks!

You need to try to read the error to understand the cause or copy it down to post it so someone can help you. Probably not this mod, yes this mod is working with this patch but there are issues, which can be read in the posts.

I had to alt f4 to do anything (not saying this addon did it just that's why I don't have a screen shot). Should it work with the newest patch? (I know some are still being fixed)

I manually changed the API version to 100007, allowing it to display as 'Up to Date' . I have the guild log on and log offs as well. I have the chat output disabled so i only have the HUD for guild related msgs. The GMotD doesn't show up on login but it shows on /reloadui. The ZrMM bug was only on one occasion so i don't know if it has anything to do with it after all.

In general, yesterday, whenever i used /relaodui the MotD showed up everytime in the HUD. Whenever i relogged it didn't. I will test it further tonight and will try on MotD change too and let you know.

Though i cannot reproduce this behaviour, I just uploaded an update that trys to fix this

Fixed by updating to latest LibAddonMenu

Works perfectly now (after the latest update). Probably was some addon loading sequence thingy that you tweaked.
