I've retired from ESO and I am relying on code contributions for maintenance: GitHub Repo

A continuation of Atropos' Foundry Tactical Combat. This is an updated version of Demiknight's patch. The change log has more info, main changes below:

Added the option to show @names in place of character names when in a group (shown in the attached image) or when targeting someone.

Added a keybind for refreshing the group frame. Despite the addon's attempts to the contrary, sometimes it will fail to load a group member(s). This will force an unobtrusive refresh so that you don't have to /reloadui to fix it.

Added the ability to disable healing logs/text out of combat or at all times. Individual options for combat log and scrolling text.

Solinur updated buff tracking.

Hey Rhyono ,

Can you do me a huge favor? In the file FoundryTacticalCombat\frames\controls.lua, line 514, for the setting for Raid Column Size, can you change the option to read:

Code:
choices     = { 4 , 6 , 8 , 12, 24 },
This allows the raid frames to display as a single column when set to 24, which is very helpful for showing buffs and debuffs when using Srendarr's new feature as otherwise they run into the adjacent frames.

It would also be nice to up the max raid frame width from 180 to 220 as at readable font size the max of 180 will still cut off the name of players if they are over 20 characters.

If you use Srendarr go into the Filters tab and under group buff and debuff assignments set those respective options to disabled.

I completely removed the addon and variables, then reinstalled it and it started working for me. Thanks.

just relaunch game, its because game grab textures at launch and if addon was reinstalled when game was already launched game cannot find textures

I thought the icons for champion level and mount were the same size, but if not I could downsize it.

I can't really do any dungeons or anything that involves life-threatening stuff while it's like this because I can't tell where my health's at, so I guess I have to uninstall for now.
I both uninstalled and removed all saved variables and was able to get it to work, but it seems as though I now have to enter combat to see unit frames over enemies. (Is that new or has that always been the case?) I also can't find how to edit the font size of nameplates, and they're quite large by default, but still manages to be difficult to spot against certain backgrounds, leading to me nearly bumping into some mobs.

Help!? empty unit frames

Please help me with this. I recently reinstalled this version of FTC (thank you for reviving it, btw) and despite my settings for colors and opacity, the unit frames are clear with white text. Combat does not change that.

Hello.

First of all, enormous thank you for maintaining and improving FTC!

I have one tiny suggestion: I don't know if API allows it, but if it does, could you please make mount stamina bar a separate UI element, so it could be moved by user somewhere else?

And another tiny suggestion on the same subject, is it possible to add a toggle to hide/display horse head icon on this bar? Because with this icon it uses twice as much vertical space the actual functional part needs.

Race visible in target frame?

Yo,

Does the API allow reading your target's race the same way it does for class? If it does, it would be dope to be able to put that into the target frame and group frame on the account it sometimes being really hard to tell a character's race because of elaborate costumes and masks and all and, well, you know, them not having a huge yellow or a green tail etc.

EDIT: Oh, and faction too!

I don't exactly know if its this offshoot of FTC specifically, but when its active (even if only the combat log is visible) and I'm in Rawl'kha, there are over 20 invisible "borders" in the city that cause my FPS to tank with a very visible stutter effect.

I'm still trying to figure this out, so theories that may explain this behavior are welcome. To be honest I'm not sure if I'm somehow doing something wrong with how I configured it or if I'm the only one with this kind of issue.
