It's a simple and noob question, but if you know the reason, please let me know.
Why does the total number of sales not match between the sales tab and the statistics tab?

For your information, I have the same settings for each filter.

I know. Did it on purpose, was hoping it would help fix the problem. I'd rather have accurate data from the current week than a history of N days.

I'm sorry, I thought it was clear by now - addon doesn't collect my sales data from my guild. I tried opening the guild Sales tab, pressed E of course.. and that works at the moment -> the sales appear in arkadius tools window. But the I have to do it every day. Meaning, arkadius tools doesn't sync my sales ever anymore.


Here are my answers:

• Is the problem one guild or many guilds? Just 1, the other guilds I'm in I don't use for sales.
• Do your guilds have traders? Yes.
• How do you know you had sales in those particular guilds? I got an ingame mail with the sales gold.
• Have you disabled all other addons and checked to see if the problem persists? Yes (made a video for you)
• Do your sales ever show up in the Sales tab? Yes (also on video)
• Can you see sales from other users? Yes
• Does the Statistics tab show any data? Yes, but my personal number aren't updated. I cant speak for other players in the guild, but their numbers do show up.
• Do any of your ATT tabs have a filter applied that could be hiding your data? No

Not a problem, I'll provide screenshots and videos of anything that can be of assistance.

Sales - sales that I have manually synced are visible. I can sync more days back and at least one more sale will appear. If U want, I can post that too.

P.S. Just realized I forgot about SavedVariables.

If you delete all of the saved variables, you won't have any data.

Saying, "This doesn't work. Fix it," doesn't help us find the problem. We need very specific details on what you're trying and what's not happening like you expect.

If your guilds have sales, history doesn't go back just 2 hours. If you can't pull more history than that and the guild has a trader and sales, there's an issue on your end (or potentially with the megaserver you're on). We can't fix that for you, and you need to seek help from support.

Here are some questions to answer. They're not meant to be insulting. We need to make sure we cover our bases, so obvious questions need to be asked.

• Is the problem one guild or many guilds?

For each of these questions, please provide a screen shot of the particular feature in game. The full ATT window with the selected tab, the guild history sales tab, etc. This will help us narrow down the problem.

I read the pinned post, and did as discribed.. and the problem persists. Just as singer39.
The solution is NOT in the pinned post.

I followed the pinned post.. and when I realized the problem is still there, that I have to manually pull all sales from guild sales window EVERY TIME I log in.. I decided do clean up Arkadius completely. Deleted the addon, saved variables, everything I could find. All data lost.
I reinstalled and voila - the problem is still here.

So while I appreciate your effort to even reply to comments, it doesn't appear you gave it enough effort to even understand the problem.

P.S. I would love it if the problem was at my end. I really would So If I'm missing something, please let me know.

Hello, me got same problem and reinsralling not help. After traders reset tracking broke again. Please let me know if you solve the problem :c

This seems like a very reasonable ask. I will look into rolling this and some other manifest file housekeeping into the next release.

Please consider adding underneath DependsOn to all the ArkadiusTradeToolsSalesDataxx.txt files so that all 16 of them are sorted down to the bottom of the addons list. Tested working.

So my addon decided to stop tracking my sales.. completely.
First I thought I was wrong, then I thought it will refresh in a few hours.. then a few days.. now it's been 2-3 weeks and it says I got 0 sales.. and that's just not true :/
I went to guild history tab, clicked sales, but that only goes back 2h for me so that didn't do a thing.

Is there anything I can do to get my numbers back? Without reinstalling and losing the data?

Apologies if this is a repost but I can't see an answer anywhere. On the item tooltip there is a slider under the graph for number of days (1-30). How do I change this as it is stuck at 10?

Are you using PerfectPixel? There are issues with how it modifies the guild store layout which causes issues with ATT.

I agree with Kassec - the concept is not necessarily removing top 10% and bottom 10%, rather the idea could be to remove "outliers" - those that are highest and those that are lowest

Any way we could export own sales history as well ?
